Referral bonus policy
VDart offers a referral bonus to employees who refer candidates hired by VDart or its clients, provided the following conditions are met:
The referred candidate must not have been in contact with a VDart recruiter for at least 3 months.
The referred candidate must complete 90 days on billing before the referral bonus is awarded to the referring consultant.
