In 2019, through a mentorship opportunity with Accenture’s Diverse Supplier Development Program (DSDP), VDart developed its formal Sustainability Roadmap, becoming the first organization in Trichy to align operations directly with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). By embedding five core UN SDGs into our ESG framework, we established concrete practices to reduce our carbon footprint, keeping us firmly on track toward Net Zero emissions by 2050.

One of our defining cultural rituals is how we celebrate our people and honor their success. Every year, our global team gathers in Trichy for a two-day Rewards and Recognition (RNR) program, celebrating the passion, values, and wins of our employees from around the world.
What sets this gathering apart is who hands out the honors: not company leaders, but the proud families of our employees. Parents, spouses, children, and siblings stand on stage to present the awards to their loved ones. Seeing that pride fills us with gratitude and fulfills our deeper purpose to transform lives and honor the families who trust us with their best talent.
